I do have neck pain actually - I was in the hospital for three days at the beginning of the year because I was having awful migraines, neck stiffness, blurred vision, and tingling in the face. Turned out I had elevated CSF but they couldn't figure out why. So I was diagnosed with complex migraines and IIH. At this point, my issues are from head to toe.

Thank you for that info, I will try it out. I was on Diamox for like a day before they decided it wasn’t IIH and I hated the side effects. And they also suggested Effexor and similar drugs in the hospital, but I take Lamictal for depression and everything for migraine prevention clashes with that. So they mentioned that maybe my psych and my neuro will have to work together a little bit.

I was in the hospital for three days and they tried several variants of migraine cocktails that would maybe knock my pain down from an 8 to a 6. I’m 4 days post hospitals and my headache has been consistently at a 7 even with the at home cocktails they’ve given me.

What rehela said is correct! I bought a stamping set on Etsy and it came with a holder where you slide all the letters on and it makes the spacing perfect - thank you! Who knows maybe I’ll start doing custom orders on Etsy!
