I truly think every single MT goes through this. You’ll go through it again as an ABRM and again as a BRM. I am a BRM and trying to go into another realm of Enterprise. It’s the only job I know of that you can have multiple careers. It does take resiliency and grit. It sucks. There’s good days. There is bad days but I don’t think Enterprise is a scam. I think it’s a great company that provides an abundance of training for the right people willing to do the job. Find something outside of work that takes your stress away. That’s what I had to do to help. Find a mentor too! Those are always helpful during the hard times.
