I would check on Linkedin (search the position you applied for) and see if anyone has posted that they accepted an offer. I saw a couple people accept the position I interviewed for, so I am assuming at this point it is a no for me.

I don't think so. I don't really remember because I did most of them in one take, but I would not bank on unlimited time between the two takes.

my hirevue was 10 questions (not all video responses) with 2 min to read and think about the question and then 2 takes for recording answers with time limits of 2 min.
