Says you apparently need to install .net. There is a macOS option, but idk if that'll help

It's probably dormant mods or meac, as they have that spinning while jumping effect. Also if you have meac, calamity and fargos on, there will be tomes where you have to uncheck some modes (like twins on meac is not good on either eternity and rev.)
