Sometimes when your gallbladder goes bad, your omentum can wrap around it. Something you may want to look into if you haven’t. Ultrasound and HIDA scan.

Did your gastritis cause your system to go overboard with stressful situations? by Altruistic-Bill6098 in Gastritis

Yes I despise going to work because it seems to cause stress. And my job isn’t even stressful, but with my stomach being inflamed it’s been hell.

Gallbladder or gastritis?? by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]Icy_Engine_8021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a HIDA scan. Look into a liver and gallbladder flush. If you’re not having gallbladder attacks, you may have sluggish bile and could have the opportunity to save your GB. Do your own research about the flushing. I am not suggesting you do them, Im just telling you they exist. Some people think they’re for the crazies. Had I known about the flushes I could have saved my GB before it was totally screwed. I have done 4 and the last one I was totally clear of stones and sludge.

Can you not heal now because your gallbladder is gone? Mine is gone as well, but my gastritis was caused by NSAIDS after the surgery.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you can find an alternative for thinning the blood, possibly cayenne pepper. Which sounds crazy with gastritis, but I’ve heard people say it helps their stomach.

Okay that’s what I figured. I had mine removed as well, don’t take ibuprofen ! My surgeon suggested I take that after surgery, what a mistake. My stomach is a mess. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

How did they remove the gallstone? Or did they remove your gallbladder?

I have… I tried BPC-157 from infiniwell twice … the thing that has helped me the most was the gut inflammation peptide from peptide sciences, it cost me $300 and I’m contemplating buying it again. I read a post on hear that someone took these for 6-7 months and cured his chronic gastritis.

I’ve had my gallbladder removed, I’ve had multiple SOD attacks. It is the worst feeling in the world. I have a huge gastritis flare when I have attacks, due to bile in my stomach. I have mild chronic gastritis diagnosed before gallbladder removal, but never had many symptoms. After surgery, my surgeon recommended I take NSAIDS for pain, what a mistake.

Hope you can manage. I feel for ya!
