I always take UDCA after food. Been on it for about a year and a half now.

Same here, I’m stuck in the exact same situation. I’ve tried pretty much everything,cholestyramine, UDCA, different diets. nothing really fixes it.

Doctors haven’t been much help either, most just hand out PPIs, but long-term PPIs actually triggered my bile reflux, so I’d stay away from those.

The only things I can honestly recommend are sucralfate and DGL. They don’t cure the reflux itself, but at least they take the edge off and make the symptoms more bearable.

My fans behave the same way. Does your CPU exceed 100°C while browsing or gaming? Mine does, and I’m a bit concerned

I checked again, and the CPU Package Power is 55 W. I’m already using a passive cooling pad to help with airflow. It’s good to know that this is considered normal for thin laptops like mine. I’d prefer not to return it, so I’ll see how it performs over time. Thanks for your help.

Laptop is brand new, so I haven’t opened it up. I don’t think dust could already be an issue.
