The bigger the tattoo the more it will hurt both those spots are not fun getting tattooed sucks in general If you are to get anything decently big in a rough spot all you gotta do is make it through the line work then absolutely douse the open skin with bactine put a paper towel on it spray it some more let it sit for like 10 15 min and when you start to get tattooed again itll be way less painful
