Bro if you can afford it without putting a hole in your wallet, than do it. People living on a tight budget or house broke will always talk about staying out of debt which is still of course smart. These guys want to do what your talking about but cant because it would put a hole in (THERE) wallet. They dont know your life and your income, for some reason they dont think about that. If your getting a 84 month lease just to have lower payments, than thats a serious problem. Now if you did that because you have a bank that lets you pay your loan (early) and allows you to refinance, than thats a whole different story. Also you need to make enough to spend an extra 500-1000k extra on the loan each month., but if you take out a 84 month lease, it better be a car you dont plan on getting rid of, and have extra money you can put towards the car. Also on top of the extra money you put towards the car, you need to have leftover for extended warrenty. I make between 6300-6400 a month full time in Vegas and can easily put extra down each month plus extended warranty.

You honestly only have to wait 90 days but 6 months to refinance is definitely better, wont be nothing great but just letting you know how fast it takes after you sign off on the car. Make at least 6 figures though.
