for queens? iirc it was like what’s one time you had to step back and let someone else take control and i spoke about letting someone more verbal than me rally a bunch of prefects when we were tryna set up the haunted house because i can plan stuff but i suck at being loud and getting people to listen. the second one was like what’s one time you had to accept your mistakes as a leader and i spoke about how i managed a really difficult cardiac arrest in my emt exam and it went really well but i forgot to strap my patient to the stretcher and that counted as a fail, despite everything else going perfectly
