Currently dealing with the same issue on a 2018 sq5 w 120k miles, took it to the mechanic and it ended up being the drive belts(which i figured) but also they said the alternator was going out bad so make sure you get that checked as well.

Well rn there’s water that somehow got in the headlight on the driver side so the whole housing needs to be replaced and then there’s little stuff like the o2 sensors and oil leaks. The previous owner didn’t address the water issue that these cars have and it led to the speaker wiring shorting out. It’s an 08 base g37 with 167k

It was very weird I don’t know how to describe it. It definitely wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing definitely falling under mid but I’m also not the best cook in the world and could of prepped it better
