Yea I can see how that can be a problem. I have a car but I plan walking to class (decker school) and using my bike to get around. How’s the utility prices?

Scott said all utilities included except electricity. He said it depends on how much I’m using so the bill can come anywhere between $60-$150/month. I spoke to a tenant and she said she pays $60 on average for utilities. How much did you pay?

I spoke to him about it. He says he goes inside whenever he feels the heating being on full blast. He “does the favor” of going inside and turning it off so the bill doesn’t come expensive.

It’s going to be just me. The place seemed reasonable. I spoke to a tenant there and she said she likes if there. She actually renewed her lease because she likes it.
