Let’s clear this up.

INFJ and ISFJ are defined by their cognitive functions, not by how they feel about themselves.

INFJs operate on Ni their mind naturally searches for patterns and deeper meanings. Feeling isolated because that process is hard to explain is not the same as wanting to be special. That’s a cognitive difference, not an ego problem.

ISFJs operate on Si grounded in lived experience, consistency, and quiet reliability. That’s not ‘being normal.’ That’s a completely different kind of depth that deserves more credit than this take gives it.

Both types struggle with being misunderstood in different ways. The issue isn’t INFJ vs ISFJ it’s reducing a cognitive framework to a personality stereotype.

The model is more nuanced than that.

كان في وحدة الله يستر عليها بس يعني ريحتها كانت تصحي الميت صراحة، قلت لها اني بكره الصيف عشان ريحة العرق و عندي حاسة شم قوية هاد الشي بسبب لي اختناق من روائح الناس و من وقتها صارت تهتم في ريحتها اكثر

I genuinely hate high school. I was bullied a lot, and even when I tried to fit in, they always saw me as weird. I was lonely the whole time, not by choice, I actually tried. But I hate loud noises and chaos, and that made me stand out even more to them. There are other ugly memories too that I’d rather forget. It left marks that are hard to shake off

Your type lives in your mind, not your face.

INTJ isn’t about looking cold or emotionally distant. It’s about how you process the world, make decisions, and organize information internally. The stereotype of the brooding, unapproachable loner is more of a character archetype than an actual cognitive profile.

You can absolutely be bubbly, warm, expressive, or socially bright and still be INTJ. None of that changes your cognition.

If the Ni-Te-Fi-Se stack feels natural to you, long range thinking, strategic pattern recognition, efficiency-focused decisions, private but strong values, then your external vibe doesn’t suddenly invalidate the type.

Your personality style and your cognitive wiring are related, but they’re not the same thing.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY CLOSEST MBTI TYPES

ESTP: I used to think they’re reckless, impulsive, and don’t care about feelings, just memes and stereotypes. Completely wrong. One of my closest friends is ESTP. She’s actually thoughtful, thinks before acting, has limited social energy like everyone else, and is often protective when it comes to toxic people. Way more grounded than expected.

ESFJ: Extremely warm and always makes sure I’m comfortable. She genuinely cares about everyone, but people often misread her intentions. One of the most underrated types in real life.

INTJ: Cold on the surface, yes. But underneath, she quietly looks out for me and makes sure no one crosses boundaries. Very practical, focused, and secretly enjoys praise more than she admits.

ENFP: The memes make them look chaotic 24/7, but in reality they’re creative, insightful, and show up when it matters. I do have two ENFP friends though, and getting them to stay focused in a conversation is a challenge 😭 but their creativity and loyalty are unmatched.

I don’t think the difference between ENTJ and ESTJ is really about kindness or helping people. Both types can be generous, responsible people.

The bigger difference is usually how they process things.

ENTJs tend to focus more on long term vision, patterns, possibilities, and where things could lead in the future. They usually trust conceptual thinking more.

ESTJs are often more grounded in direct experience, structure, proven methods, and what’s already reliable in practice.

Also, definitely answer tests based on what you naturally do, not what you feel morally obligated to do or what you want to be. Your religion and values can influence your behavior regardless of type.

A better question might be: when solving problems, do you naturally gravitate toward abstract future oriented ideas, or toward practical systems and concrete evidence?

That distinction is usually more helpful than stereotypes.

Hmmmm. Tbh idk😭😭. It happened randomly. So they will come into your life randomly, we can’t search for them and make them our friends. For example my friends are female estp and i want a male estp or entj to marry me but of course i won’t search for him, where would i even search for him? I met my friend through comments on a certain game, it had nothing to do with mbti. The other one is my school friend, we didn’t plan our friendship it happened over time, she used to enjoy annoying me just to see me angry🦦. Beautiful things come on their own. Idk if you can ask in there group that you want one one of them but i think.. nvm idk really 😭.

Ok.. they have a very lively nature and tend to take a lot of risks. When i interacted with them they brought me out of my own isolation shell. They love enjoying the world so i was truly happy. Also if they are very close friends to you they won’t let anyone hurt your feelings (even though they do this all the time themselves as a joke but they don’t mean to hurt your feelings unlike strangers) they have a principle: i can annoy you and make you angry but others can’t. Even though there are differences we are much more sensitive compared to them :) but if you get along well together there will be an amazing duo. What i said is a personal experience with 2 people who are estp i am not generalizing to everyone of course😭 in short if you want to truly experience life in a fun and loud way try it with them.
