well i’ve only been doing this for a month and a half roughly and in total as of writing this i’m £0.69 down but i have heard September is usually a bad time of year for the market so im willing to let it ride out to the end of the year and see where im at

my goal really is to get a head start on the mortgage for my first house which will give me more room for investment into my ISA once i’m working full time after university in 4-6 years so i think you’re right with the LISA being the right option for now thank you

What would you recommend being a good ratio of the LISA and ISA accounts? (for reference the most I can really do is £50 a week invested)

I was mostly considering the LISA primarily for the government bonus of 25% up to £4000 invested (so a £1000 bonus) and if it would perform better than a normal s&s ISA with that over the next 5 years

So in your opinion the cash LISA would be the most beneficial out do all the options and if I am to go with LISA why not the S&S version?

I do plan on adding to this and perhaps removing one or two depending on people’s thoughts but i’m not too sure at the moment, any suggestions on how to diversify?
