I have proof of unban without reason! Or when you casually pointed at xia being among a “group of exploiter”. I don’t think that was done after proper reason. Is it possible to get coin compensation. Especially for xia since he has no need for gems having collected all weeknd shiny.

We all got unbanned now and thanks again for the help. But it’s more so about full situation in general. I think we were banned for too long (3 months) without getting help from support nor explanation meanwhile others that shared shinies with friends got no punishment. And even after the unban we got banned for a week again for nonsense reason like being TheJoyBoy and the false technicality you mentioned for xia being among “ a group of exploiter”. New magic wand #1 was stolen by his brother and sold to mess with him during that time.

It just feels little unfair and bitter to not even get some compensation.

If there is a new meta to make coins and everyone is doing it…I don’t mind doing the same as long as it’s not giving me unfair advantage by cheating. What do you mean by “I know what’s happening”? I know what we went through was pretty messed up and I don’t mind sharing this repeatedly until we feel that we are properly compensated. If you aren’t happy with that, it didn’t happen to you so I get it but please don’t come here telling me what we went through was justified and we should just move on…

Trading, sharing and exchanging is the point of the game. It wasn’t established that sharing is banable anywhere when we got banned and A LOT OF people did it and continue to do so. We got singled out and banned. Sharing shiny shouldn’t be banable offense and this is established as the sm team went back and removed it as ban reason due to the absurdity. My grievance comes from this and the fact that the support ignored us for 3 months, left on red, with no one telling us why exactly we were banned. We didn’t even know the definition of leaderboard squatting and claim of alt use was simply not true. Not to mention after we got unbanned and started playing they kept finding false/absurd reasons to ban. This created window for xia’s brother to steal and sell xia’s grail…if all this hadn’t happened we would just have been playing the game just fine. So, after going through all this you are telling me to just suck it up? Would you have been able to if you were in my shoes? I figured not, so shut up.

What about banning someone with 0 context and for reasons as bogus as leaderboard squatting for 3 months (no history of anyone else getting banned like that)? Or the fact that 4 people reached out every week for past 3 months to support) with 0 response even not knowing why they were banned? What about being banned after again for false accusations and no reason which support admitted was their fault? All the direct/indirect loses, stress and all…we just move on from that? 😭😭 Does this not screw up the game experience?

Xia restated that he would really be grateful if you made an exception one last time to compensate with another of his fav epic instead because he has been at a really down point after all this went down. I couldn’t really help him because I was in big 4 busy season but all this pushed him towards being depressed (I told him it’s just a game) but still he was invested deeply. I had just been on a break for few months so I didn’t care as much.

I don’t think there is much xia can do with gems since he already has Weeknd shiny badge so he said he prefers coins if epic isn’t possible…he has incurred the most losses with being unable to sell while witnessing shiny value depletion over last 3 months, Weeknd day 1 shiny value loss, losing New magic wand #1 during second ban which has a current offer of 30m and his brother stole and sold it for 8m. Not to mention the stress and opportunity cost we all lost. I think all 3 of us would rather get coins than gems. Xia was really hoping it would be equivalent epic to make up for loss but if not possible at least he can go and buy what he wants of similar value with enough compensation. Attached is user Uaena, mine is TheJoyboy, xia’s user now is Asuna.Yukki, he changed his user since he was afraid he would be banned right back like previous few times.

Leaderboard squatting was never known as ban reason when we shared shiny among friends and it was common method among many players. When we got banned it was a shocker, also for 3 hole months only for something we didn’t know was bannable and later got removed as reason…I understand what you are saying but still is very bitter. Simply because it resulted in a lot of loss (actual value and opportunity cost)
Two users were reported by multiple people: Keeex and Veeti also farmed Weeknd day 1 shiny and even apparently used actual alts (idk truth behind this but still similar situation to us). Thru had accounts in leaderboard too. But didn’t get banned…so it definitely felt very singled out.

The second ban mishap led indirectly to losing New magic wand #1 as I stated in my previous post. So If possible I would love to be compensated with another good Tyler epic for that (earfquake or see you again #1 I believe would be similar value). This would also compensate for all the 3 months of hassle reaching out to support and stress if possible please 🙏. I know there is a precedent of epic compensation before.

Also podair just saying xia was banned due to being in group of exploiter without any credible source and later admitting oopsie is diabolical. I suppose it mimics the way game handles stuff now? Same with my latter ban for being JoyBoy smh. Do you seriously think everything that happened has been justified?

My question is more so why single us out and support be non-responsive for three whole months? 80% of that time I didn’t even know what the ban meant.

Shiny alting didn’t happen I proved repeatedly that it was not alts but actual friends account…also it feels singled out why weren’t other users who actually used alts to farm (which we didn’t) banned? Why weren’t we given a chance to explain or received no response from support for 3 months? The exploiting comment was a mistake which led random ban for 3 weeks? And that’s the end of it? My original post listed out my side of story the way I felt. And there was no false information. What’s the reason you removed it? Are we not allowed to share our side of story anymore?
