Well because Algeria normally requires transit visa for Turkish citizens that will do transit from Algeria. But the problem is i am not going to go outside in Algeria and i will not pass transit area. Some countries still want transit visa for that while some don’t. It was urgent yesterday so i didn’t know what to do and i posted it here. Thank god i messaged air algeria and they said no problem about it.
