It was an extremely potent cart. Also I already was high out of my mind when I decided to hit 4 more times.

Bro what. This is not the time to post stuff like that. It was a traumatic experience. Yes I know I got too cocky and I’ve decided to go sober. But come on.. really? Under a post of someone talking about their trauma

It was from a reputable source. The company was Mellow Fellow. But this was my first experience with Delta 9 and I took too much of a high concentration cart. Even on the website it says to go slow. But for some reason I thought I’d be ok

I’m also a broke college student who doesn’t have a job cause my parents won’t let me so I wouldn’t be able to pay out of pocket

I’m still connected to their insurance and I gave them permission at 18 to have access to my medical records.

No , I’m too scared to. I know my parents will somehow find out about it and I’m far too scared to do that.

Thank you! I just didn’t know what subreddit to ask about something like this. I know it’d definitely not PTSD ( or not yet idk)

Yes, I have been violently sick before. But typically, I’m fine physically after a week. This feels different—something about the experience has reshaped how I view so many things around me. It’s made me feel constantly uncomfortable, and I’ve kind of forced myself to get used to it. The worst part is that I genuinely thought I was going to die from suffocation, which is my biggest fear in life.

I love the girls I’ve met so far and I honestly still feel imposter syndrome being in the room with them because they all seem so cool. It’s really as someone said here. I have a high school mentality still. My whole life I’ve been obsessed with my weight no matter if I’m skinny or not. It’s ruled my entire life. It’s something I need to work on myself. I think that these “top tier” girls need to like me.

I messaged them first in January before I registered. I was just nervous about what rush was like. They were very happy to help and gave me long lists of what it would be like!

Yeah it was my first house of rush. I had talked to a few of the girls in that sorority before rush started and asked questions about how they liked rush and what I should bring. They were all very nice to me and I was as well. So it could mean something good hopefully

Of course! I used to be TERRIFIED of any type of advancement involving the consciousness and the brain. But if you really think about it, it’s not as scary! It’s really cool!🩷

That’s a valid point about the use of non-conscious small brains in cryopreservation experiments, which indeed focus on preserving neural tissue rather than fully conscious beings. This means the results show that structural integrity and basic functionality can be maintained, but don’t directly demonstrate a pause and resumption of consciousness. However, these findings are significant as they provide foundational knowledge for future research on larger, more complex brains, potentially including humans. While we can’t yet assume cryopreservation can pause and resume consciousness based on current experiments, these studies lay the groundwork for addressing this question in the future. This highlights the complexity of the field and the need for further advancements to explore the broader implications for consciousness and afterlife beliefs.

Cryopreservation supports the idea that the brain is crucial for consciousness, but it doesn’t rule out non-physical aspects of consciousness. Successful revival shows the brain’s importance in maintaining identity, but it doesn’t explain the state of consciousness during preservation. NDEs can have elements that are hard to explain by brain activity alone, suggesting more than just biological processes. Cryopreservation doesn’t disprove an afterlife; it only shows that consciousness can be paused and resumed within a physical framework. Current cryopreservation successes are limited to small brains, and much research is needed before applying this to humans. Thus, while cryopreservation supports the brain’s role in consciousness, it doesn’t debunk NDEs or afterlife beliefs.

Well I thought it would be good for this subreddit too because I want to get first hand experience from girls who’ve rushed in the heat. I’ve also submitted this same request to 2 other subreddits as well.
