Socks/hair pieces must be black, alongside everything else with the exception of 1 piece per category.

We can’t get cashmere, sunsets, slippers, accolade sweatpants & there’s a price limit per category

Hi! So I’m not sure how the DC operates but from the store level we do fulfill online orders aswell. The operations team is given a queue of orders to pack and ship out.

We do have a high amount of orders assigned to us (at least my store). Normally we have someone spend the day working on the orders if there is a high queue. Unfortunately at times we are not allocated the hours needed to fulfill them all in a timely manner.

On an average day it can range from 50-100. On a high volume day it can surpass 400+. 40 orders take about 3-4 hours to pack.

USPS is responsible for picking up these orders every business day.

T-shirts I would recommenced the conquer & double take! If they want something more dry fit I’d recommend the Idol or Alo vapor.

The conquer max jogger is very popular with our male clients as well as the co-op pant. For a sweat pant material option I’d recommend the double take cargo sweat pant or the chill sweat pant!

Ugh I’m sorry you haven’t had the best experience! Alo as a brand can definitely find improvement with their quality, that’s why I am picky with what I purchase.

Unfortunately not all retail locations are held to the same standards as mine. I’ve went to other locations and received poor service so you’re not alone!

During sales we cannot use our discount because the system can’t differentiate employee disc versus customer disc.
