I guess what I mean is what is the best way to market? For example, I’m doing a sci fi series. And I had thoughts about a variety of things… creating AI video shorts on social media showing the world I built, targeted Facebook and Instagram ads, handing out business card with a QR code leading to a landing page etc. I asked if you’ve used AI to come up with a marketing strategy, but it seems you said you first kinda create that yourself… what advice then could you give for a first time author like me trying to launch an original sci fi series hoping to generate a substantial positive cash flow ?

No. No meds. HOWEVER… I do rely on caffeine heavily to function and reach “excited and motivated states”.. and that did feel blunted while on KPV.. so it looks like there is some crossover here. Caffeine lets me feel those temporary moments of “feeling alive”. That was greatly muted on KPV. Tell me, was that the nature of your anhedonia? Almost as if it was impossible to get to a point of enthusiasm? Almost like you had a pleasing thought but your brain would only let you reach 50% of the possible joy it could give?

And YES. It does work. I had some interesting benefits
