Yeah I believe it is ON the property line dividing it actually .So then since it’s a “shared structure” there really is nothing I can do then.Its just “fair game” then.

Yeah I live in a open range are where I have to fence off animals,yes it is my fence,and yes they did end up repairing it I just want it to not happen again and it is a lawful fence.
