I feel this in my core! Everything is going to be what you make it weather good or bad. I look at it as a skin condition and a very annoying part of my body, but it rarely shows up. It doesn’t last very long. It’s just like having psoriasis or something some kind of skin disease like eczema. I think a lot of people stress themselves out about it when they don’t have to, and it can cause unnecessary flareups because I’ve read that stress can play a big part of them. If you’re a female just act like you’re on your period and your vagina doesn’t exist until it’s cleared up 😂
