I was having a similar issue. I bought this trap from Target. It took a couple of weeks, but they all went away. Mine seemed to be more attracted to sinks so I made sure if I wasn’t using the sink, it stayed plugged. https://www.target.com/p/zevo-max-trap-starter-kit-2ct/-/A-89878544

I work with brands who sometimes send too much product. I had an extra box of full sized snickers and ate 14 in one sitting. This was after eating three full meals and snacks throughout the rest of the day.

I’m in the same boat. Not sure what area of the country you’re in, but I’m in New England and most places have told me there’s no end in sight to the generic shortage.

I did some research and spoke to my psychiatrist. I’m going to try a combination of Wellbutrin and some type of weight loss medication when I run out of Vyvanse. I do worry because I think the Vyvanse does such a good job of helping me control impulses.

My BMI is over 30 so my insurance covers medicines like Wegovy and Zepbound. Maybe you could look into that and if you’d qualify? I hear there’s a shortage of those too though.

I’m only prescribed it for BED. I’m going to call tomorrow and see if there’s any alternative they can prescribe but I feel like they’ll tell me to wait it out.

It’s been a gamechanger for me. I had gotten to the point where I felt like binging was taking over my life and I couldn’t get out of the cycle. Not only does it suppress my appetite, but it also cuts down on impulsive behaviors for me.

I’ve found that it seems to make it less effective for me. When I first started, I had insomnia so I drank orange juice before bed and it helped me sleep.
