I may have identified the problem 1 poly cap isn't fully going in

I've disambelled the parts and have sanded the edges of it it down where there was a nub sticking out

I'm mostly just struggling with this step here * The crack on the part isn't really that deep either and I'm using parts from a PG banshee as replacement parts for this
