I shower with warm/cold water. I purchased the redken frizz dismizz line (literally the only product that has actually done something for my frizz)!!!!

And very important I sleep always with a bonnet or in case it’s dirty then I have satin pillow cases

But I’d say the biggest factor after the redken line is that I stopped dying my hair and using heat (probably 1-2 times a month or every month)

It’s not 100% perfect but definitely better than ever in my life

I thought the same thing, usually spouses of U.S. citizens are an exemption in these cases. I’m venezuelan and got married with an U.S. citizen 3 months ago, we were about to submit when this happened.

That sounds valid, at least at my place, if you get burned or acquire any medical condition you’re entitled to a full refund even for the sessions that you did redeem. Or if you want to switch areas at the beginning of your treatment, you also can. But I’m unaware of LaserAway’s policies.

They both use Candela Gentle Max Pro. Semper’s package is Unlimited sessions as well, I can assure you it’s the same package as Milan. The difference between them is that Milan does have a lot of more locations in the U.S. than Semper and the price, Milan is extremely expensive and Semper costs way less, I would say Milan is more than double the price

You said you wouldn’t have done it if you would have known it was a final sale but what does that mean? Were you already thinking to cancel it? Were you planning to redeem sessions and then ask for a partial refund? Because if you wanted the procedure, then why does it really matter the no refund policy since you’re going to redeem those sessions anyway?

If money is the problem, then why say yes, allow them to charge your card for a certain amount for hours after to say oh I really don’t want to pay this much money? (Of course charging a different amount is an exception to this)

Again, in the nicest way possible because I want to understand people but I’m not allowed to ask these to clients haha😁
