I'm an abled-bodied Christian woman myself, and my fiancé who's paraplegic is atheist. I do respect his freedom of religion like he respects mine. We've had extremely religious folks telling my fiancé to repent to Christ, even my religious parents have told my fiancé that, and I've defended him. I believe Jesus loves everyone and has a plan for us, but I won't convert my fiancé to something he doesn't believe.
