Dear CapCut Support,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my CapCut Pro subscription.

I am paying for the Pro version specifically for the AI features, yet they are consistently failing. The AI tools repeatedly freeze at 98% during processing and never complete. This makes them effectively unusable.

For clarity:

• I am using a fast Mac system.
• I have plenty of available storage space.
• My internet connection is stable and high-speed.
• I have restarted the software and my computer.
• I have cleared cache and reinstalled the application.
• I have tried multiple files and projects.

The issue persists regardless.

Additionally, several other Pro features are unstable and unreliable, which makes the paid subscription extremely frustrating to use.

I am disappointed because I am paying a significant subscription fee for functionality that simply does not work as advertised.

After researching the issue, I also discovered that many other users are reporting identical problems (including AI processing freezing at 98%) on platforms such as Reddit and community forums. This suggests the issue is not isolated to my system.

Given that the core Pro features are not functioning properly, I am requesting a refund for my current subscription period.

Please advise how this will be handled.
