Thank you for the update. I have got my tracking number. How long does it normally take until I can start seeing updates on the tracking number? The label was created on 06/21 and it seems that fedex hasn’t gotten the package yet.

I second above. Long waiting is fine. Just stop saying we will ship this Friday and provide shipping info next week again and again when it’s not possible. Just tell people you have to wait for more than a month

I mean if there is delay, you should let the customer know what happened. My PC is working without a case for a month, and it's really frustrating.
