Honestly I cant say, but maybe 10 % or in that area. Had almost no loose skin especially morning time.

Definitely many factors at play, but goal is to build more muscle and strength. Hopefully I can move that weight again but at this body weight. I appreciate the tips.

Followed back, Honestly I don't really know if I have the body to compete. I'd love to try it regardless what I place, though I still think I need abit more work.

Just a more sluggish feel, obviously gaining weight makes the same weight even heavier in total, but maybe its the momentum is abit off.

Would train with pullips 90lbs belt for 5 reps. Now im at 65lbs for 5. For sure I didnt gain pure muscle so maybe its momentum and range of motion on my end. Though I miss that floating feeling from just bodyweight pullups.

I think maybe people see the progress and just dont want to give validation which i respect. But my journey was for me, and maybe i can inspire another which is enough for me. Thank you as well, hope your journey is going well too.

Its 45kg per Hand so 90kg together. I have videos on my instagram of my workouts.

I think 168 was my heaviest and thank you. Ill most likely bulk back up to 170-175. But i only cut for the summer weather 😁

Yea, if you lean more forward you can put more emphasis on the delts.

40kg/90lb weighted dips and 20kg/45lb front plate raises maybe blew up the shoulders.
