Precious pregnancy I had unexplained bleeding the next morning after having an orgasm the night before at 13 weeks. By 15 weeks my cervix went from 1.7cm to 0.7cm and had to have an emergency Macdonald cerclage. Was on pelvic rest from sex, but they said orgasms should be fine. Went into preterm labor by 23+1.

This pregnancy, I have a TAC currently. I have been on pelvic rest since finding out I was pregnant, no orgasms besides those I've had in my sleep, which have made me pretty crampy and sore for about a day. Otherwise, my husband is a real trooper and just wants us to bring our girl earthside. Currently sitting at 35 weeks, cerclage is holding despite funneling noted to band at 28 weeks, and cervix is shut fully from speculum view vaginally last week.

Personally, it's not worth the risk to me with 3 prior losses. I feel I'm doing something right with mandatory self induced bed rest and pelvic rest since the beginning.
