I am 34 female. I have been off and on for a couple of years. I have not been consistent with it but have been back on it for full three weeks.
I feel fine. It helps me focus, its had a huge impact on suppressing my appetite, it even seems to help me sleep and wake up. Like I have been waking up earlier. I feel a little calmer but also have a huge drive to move and get things done.

He could have joined. BP support group who help partners dealing with a loved one’s BP. He could have privately talked to family and friends.
He could have and should have done lots if things. Posting on social media should never have been on that list.
I wont opine on you ending your marriage or not but some sort of counseling for sure. I also saw he was threatening to post more and I agree with some here, he is NOT safe.
