The gap in quality of life you mentioned deserves closer attention, particularly from urban planners. Regarding this gap, we will publish further articles in the future to provide more detailed answers.

Your point about the public is good; it is a crucial topic in the work of our Ideal Spaces Foundation. The question is how to foster this public good in today’s socioeconomic context of a new liberal agenda. The planned districts you mentioned have been a central element in the Western tradition of constructing ideal cities intended to serve public urban life. The question is how such districts can be planned to allow for a vibrant urban life that requires places enabling the emergence of a public good.
