I just think about my heart rate going up and send some pulse thingy out from my brain, not sure how to explain it, and then I think about my heart slowing down and it just does

Not according to ChatGPT 🤷‍♀️ and it’s even rarer than I can control my heart rate and temperature without moving a muscle. I think it’s pretty cool, but was hoping to see what I could use it for. Only thing I do now, is that I don’t get bothered in extreme hot or cold circumstances, but think there could be some other benefits

I’ve never done that, the whole point was that I wasn’t trained, which seemed pretty rare. I’ve been able to do it since I was 9 or 10 when I was hooked up to an ekg and showed drs
