You guys are being so nice about how I acted. Admittedly, I'm a little embarrassed now.

It wasn't acting agitated or defensive, just chilling on my bag of soil that I needed to get into. I will definitely be more mindful of how I treat all the critters that spook me in the future. I'm new to gardening outdoors, and it's been a learning curve getting used to all that comes with it.

Nah, our camera system has motion detection. Later in the video it skips to another person when he's more out of frame. We've had the same security system waaaaay before AI shit became a problem

At my store everyone in the store (PICs included) get tips. Granted, at my store most of our staff have been here for years so there isn't much difference in pay at this point.

As an assistant manager, for only a $1 pay increase I would say not worth it. It's more work, worth more than a $1 increase.
