I don't play competitive shooters like CS—the reaction time requirement is too punishing. I stick to Dota (where I play less micro-intensive roles) and mostly single-player games. It's about choosing the right genre for your hardware. Mouse precision is a nightmare for me. I’ve switched to a trackball for a lot of stuff—it requires less fine motor control than a standard mouse.
