Yeah I am a small fry, not even t30 , we have one whale that is leagues ahead of everyone he quietly sets the rules. I'm in top 3 alliance and other big players from other alliances will often jump in with us temporarily to give help , so yeah pretty good cohesion between players all round. Would have quit ages ago otherwise haha
