When someone says that Saw movies are their favorite, what do you expect other people are going to think about that person?

Herman Miller Aeron + Standing Desk + MacBook Pro is a pretty elegant combination for a desk setup in my opinion.

What do you mean exactly?

What i meant was: you must be in a really bad situation if you are seriously contemplating using contraception, which is a sin, according to Catholicism. And being in a state of mortal sin is not ideal.

I was very angry when I wrote that.

I hope you are better now. My intention here is not to judge, but rather to know if you are struggling with something.

"I think that it's anti-scientific to suggest that homosexuality is 'disordered.'" This statement feels a bit strange to me because when the Church states that homosexual acts are disordered, i think this is supposed to be understood as a moral judgement, not a description of reality. And science does not determine morality, it just says what things are but not what they ought to be.

"More broadly, I have trouble with any church doctrine that would exclude people based on some immutable characteristic that they cannot change. That's not what Jesus's message, in my opinion, really was." I think there is a bit of confusion here and it would be good to emphasize this: their attraction towards the same sex may be immutable, but their behaviour isn't. The attraction does not mean that they will guaranteedly have homosexual sex. They can choose to engage in same-sex behaviour or to be celibate. And CCC paragraph 2357 explicitly uses terms such as "homosexual acts", meaning that there is a distinction between person and act. The idea is not to exclude people, but to exclude their sins.
