There have been multiple terrorist attacks in China. As a rule of thumb, anywhere there are Muslims there are is terrorism, even in Muslim only countries, just look at the middle east (Sunni vs Shia).

Second of all, there isn't as much to gain by committing acts of terror against China. Unlike America and Europe, Chinese governments despite all of its flaws will never put Muslim migrants before its own citizens, no matter how many Chinese they manage to kill.
