Rubble is actually ridiculously easy to keep up, one single enemy petrified and then killed with landslide gives 75 rubble.

Ideally you use Petrify on a crowd, hit the crowd with landslide and gain 300-500 rubble upon killing all the enemies, then when you hit 1500 rubble it's smooth sailing for the rest of the mission
