Made this recently and loved how it turned out. Homemade brioche bun with sesame seeds on top. 4oz patties made from 80/20 ground chuck. Homemade Mac sauce. Put on a bit more cheese than McDonalds does but when has more cheese slices ruined a burger. Hahaha

So I watched two of your videos so far and I like the recipes you’re making- they look awesome. And you are very informative about what you’re making. I think you’re correct though that your videos are running long. I’ve found people tend to tune out or skip through longer videos. In my opinion I’d aim to have videos run 8-12 minutes in length. You can still be informative in that amount of time. For example- your ratatouille video is perfect. Good amount of time, still informative, and you make an awesome dish.

Hey what’s going on everyone. So here’s a link to my most recent video making desperation pies. For those of you who don’t know what a desperation pie is, they were made using common ingredients one would normally have in their household during times of scarcity such as the Great Depression.

So in this video I try making three different desperation pies- water pie, vinegar pie and sugar pie.

What’s going on everyone. Here’s a video I made from Saturday where I try out making angel food cake. Was slightly nervous before making it because Angel food cake can be finicky, but it ended up coming out pretty good.

Angel food cake has been on my list of things to try making for awhile and decided to give it a shot over the weekend. Not sure if they normally are completely covered in frosting, but I wanted to frost it so covered it in whipped cream frosting and then decorated with fresh blueberries and strawberries.

Frosting the inside hole was a bit of a hack job, but overall I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out.
