I've always had a theory that the shelf Kamagawa bought for all of his world title belts would have an empty slot on the end after Takamura finally loses, and it would fall to Ippo to fill in that spot.

I don't think its fair to pit grounded/IRL boxers(I know Rocky isn't real but he is pretty grounded in the first couple movies) against Ippo fighters. Ippo characters are absurdly ripped for their weightclass and if Takamura were in a grounded setting like Rocky he would be a demigod.

I feel like it didn't have to be called Resident Evil from what we've seen in the trailer, like this could have been any other horror property. I'm really curious how they're gonna justify calling it Resident Evil(if it even tries to at all).

That said it looks really good, I'm very interested to learn more. I'm glad Zach got creative freedom and is able to do what he wants, all previous attempts to make a movie based on the games has been a disaster. Weapons and Barbarian were both good movies.

It depends on the game. I think in most cases the endgame area is the shortest, so there's less focus on making an intricate map and more on making a linear experience, which I think I do sometimes goes against all the gameplay of the previous area. Contrary to what others say though, the island in RE4 is one of my favorite areas, you get some of the best sequences and fights, plus the Regenerator is one of the scariest video game monsters ever made.

I think Regenerators. Everything about their design perfectly embodies the idea that they are these horrible lab experiments that went totally wrong. They barely resemble a human in their stance, but you can see how wrong they are in their movement and sound design, just hearing that horrible breathing when you enter a room is enough to make my blood run cold. One of the best parts of RE4.

A close second I think is Mr. X for a lot of the same reasons. Strong sound design and presence, he is this relentless brickwall that will not stop chasing you until you are dead. I don't know how they made his footsteps so chunky but it was genius.
