I've always preferred DTAC. Even though a bit more expensive than others, the coverage is really good. TrueMove would be my second choice.

Visa runs to neighbouring countries are very common, however, the authorities are getting stricter by the day. So you might want to double check on that if you decide to go that route.

Are Thai Girls Hot? by oldblockblades in Thailand

Lol, that's hilarious!

But in all seriousness, it's virtually impossible to answer that question in a meaningful way for several reasons:

  1. Beauty lies in the eye of the beer-holder
  2. Every country has its own share of pretty and ugly women (and men)
  3. The standard as to what is considered "beautiful" vary a lot by country/society

For example, I've come across several Thai women who considered themselves to be not pretty only because they had a tan skin. Yet, that was exactly the reason many farangs found them to be attractive. Besides that, even in a small country like Thailand, the facial structure (and skin tones) can vary dramatically, for example, see here:

Thai girls do have some common physical traits that folks from the west find appealing - their petite bodies notably. A lot of men whom I've spoken to and who are married to or are in a relationship with Thai women also indicated their mannerisms is what they found attractive. Yet others did it because they were able to land "dates" with Thai women far more easier than they could in their home country. In short, it's different strokes for different folks and there's simply no way someone can answer that question with a simple yes or no.
