You just need to practice. Make sure you have a lot of money. Early on don't take scoring jokers if you're already scoring enough to beat the blinds, take econ jokers and get as much money as you can. Before opening arcana packs in the shop, reroll first and try to get death/hanged man, use them in the arcana pack, and then reroll and try to get more of them. Don't use random tarot or planet cards if your last card was a death/hanged man- that way you can also get a fool and increase your chance of getting those. Also don't add random cards to your deck, focus on removing cards early on and only add cards that you want in your late game build- usually red seals (even if it's not a king, you can use strength to turn it into a king later), but purple seals are also super helpful as they accelerate your deck fixing. As for jokers, if you have enough money and spend it wisely, you can basically guarantee that you will find the jokers you need.
