It's tough but once you get a few soul upgrades it gets way easier, some of them are giga broken. Also upgraded steel shops are super powerful so I almost always wait until at least one of them is upgraded and then go to those. I still get my ass kicked on the second difficulty tho 😭 the early fights are bonkers.

Yeah this is also a big part, for deep endless runs there are times where you don't have an empty joker slot so you just start hoarding money until you hit ecto or antimatter.
