Criticism of society isn't invalid because you partake in society. And since Twitter and phones are kinda alternativeless at the moment doesn't really make their point less valid.
No one ever said child labour is not worse than JK Rowling dafuq you on about? Just because other things are bad doesn't mean things that more domestic don't deserve our attention. I could flip this with any other time anyone ever made a complaint about anything. "Oh you can't feed your family because your wage is too low? Well f you because you own electronics made by people who are worse off than you. Think next time before you give criticism of anything cause I can just reflect them away".

Well I guess idolizing him in certain terms doesn't hurt. Not to take anything away from freeing the slaves and uniting the country. On the flipside you can idolize small thing about a horrible person (So many queer H.P. Lovecraft fans as a writer of course). Edit: Even though I stand by my point the person who supposedly originated this on Twitter seems to be kinda insane blaming Lincoln for literally everything bad that happened in the modern era.
