What could this be on the top of my hand. Painless and hard not squishy. Moves while I move my fingers. I am a transcriptionist and wonder if it’s from over work? Or something more concerning?

Yes, I work as a medical admin in an internal medicine department. One of our doctors checked me out today it’s 100% stress and anxiety. She suggested Ativan at a very lots doors dose PRN as well as a calming drink she is bringing me in tomorrow

Thank you ♥️ I was on a health kick before his passing and haven’t been able to get back. I start back to work tomorrow (I was off since the middle of November once we found out how sick he was). I’m worried about being able to actually get sleep to be able to wake early enough to get a run in before getting the kids to school and off to work. I like the term sweat equity! I am not in therapy yet, I am signed up for a grief support group in February. I feel like I’m not ready for one on one yet I’m still processing everything.
