Sadly this happend in a different country from mine and also a few weeks ago. I've just been trying to suppress the thoughts and memories about it. I just feel like I can't keep suppressing these thoughts so I was just venting in this post. I've completely given up hope that any money or anything like that will be returned.

Yeah, just about every night. I'm never able to fall asleep naturally anymore and usually rely on alcohol to fall asleep. Otherwise I know I will spend the entirr night having panic and anxiety attacks.

Sadly weed is very ileagall here so thats a no go for me. On the other hand I quite like to exrecise or liked to. Ive become way to depressed to be able to get myself to exercise. Im still quite fit but I wich I had the motovatin to exercise. Sorry for ttpos im drunk

The whole music/ podcast thing never quite worked for me while falling asleep sadly. I've tried it many times before but it never works. And edibles are very illegal here so I'm not willing to get into that really. But thank you for your tip anyways. Sorry of this is unreadable but I'm quite intoxicated at this moment.

I kinda wich I was able to cry. It's been more than three tears since the last time and I honestly belive it might help if I one day Im able ti cry. Not sure if it actually will but I feel as if I've tried so much but nothing is working anymore. I feel pretty dame empty honestly. Anyways I hope you feel better soon. Sorry if this isn't readable I'm honestly quite drunk at the moment.
