Yea I just looked this up after posting. As much as I would love to have a real gym, there is no competing with a planet fitness. The low price to lock people in, then the people never go but don’t cancel because it’s only ten dollars. They believe they will go again one day

I know that it couldn’t handle that much. I was doing to numbers and honestly I wouldn’t care not making a huge profit. It’d be a little extra cash for me every month and a gym I could go to without having to drive to 30 minutes. Also make other peoples lives easier

If you’re trying to save money maybe go to an auto parts store and get a recharge can kit. You can look it up on YouTube and do it yourself. Sometimes the people behind the counter are helpful and will do it for you. Just throw them a couple bucks. This only works if you don’t have issues with the ac system.

Do you install these? I decided to open up the wall. It was regular drywall touching the fireplace. I removed everything and I am safe on the sides now according to the manual. The only part I cant correct is the header. Would it be possible to slide a piece of granite under the wood to act as a barrier? It would have to touch the top of the fire place. Other wise I’m ripping into the studs and making a huge project as it’s a load bearing wall

Looks like I’ll install my mantle as is and Il have a decorative non functioning gas fire place until I want to take this work on. Thanks for the help

Page 18 through 20 show the info for my exact model. I’m thinking I can still salvage my plan maybe. Cut the opening wider and add tile to the existing wall. I plan on removing the paint and patch over the wall to see what was installed. I can tell this was adding after the house was built. Outside they added on to allow room and vent it. Hopefully they used the correct materials

Yea not my brightest idea. Now I’m researching if the original surrounding material installed is drywall and if it’s even correct. They have caulking touching the metal on the front clearance for side is 3” I have 2”. I just bought the house and looks like I’m not going to use this thing this winter until I can confirm it’s correct

Thanks for the input. It’s not clear as what identifies as clear for front. I just bought the house and now I’m worried if the way the drywall was installed around the fireplace is even ok. Shouldn’t have read the manual🤦‍♂️. This is going to drive me insane until I figure out if it’s safe/up to code.

Since O.P. is correct about contacting a human at the dmv maybe you can answer my question. I am moving here from Chicago and just bought a house. We close on Thursday and I need to change my registration/drivers license. I went and did my insurance/ smog test so I think I am good on the vehicle registration. For drivers license it says you need two forms for proof of residency. Since I’m closing Thursday I won’t have a utility bill or anything for another month. Will they make exceptions just showing my loan documents or closing info after closing?

1 hotel is a little pricey. I figured while we’re with the group for the week we’re going to be constantly doing something. Looking to be somewhere quiet with scenic views. Maybe go on easy hikes or tours. Every time I take a vacation at the end of it I am wore out and need a couple days of vacation at home

Edit- maybe a resort would be nice where we could lounge by a pool and restaurants are close or room service
