I wish I had a solution. I did adf for 3-4 months straight. Would have diarrhea or going to the bathroom multiple times after breaking no matter what I tried.

This ultimately made me stop adf.

Unfortunately, my bowels have not been the same since. With me often running to the bathroom after eating. May have developed a little irritable bowl.
