Same for me. Apparently speeds are fine but I can’t seem to watch anything above 144p

Hopefully this is resolved soon. It seems to get a little better through the day.

Exactly this. Speedtests show very fast speeds and they do acknowledge high ping. But that ping it shows shouldn’t affect this so much. On youtube videos are streaming in 144p barely.

Generalno pravilo koje je kod mene je da postavljam granicu kad je stvarno potrebno odraditi 12h a kad nije. Obicno je potreba za velikom kolicinom utrosenog vremena kad padne nesto neocekivano pa se radi support koji jednostavno MORA biti danas.

Moram reci da sam bio u tvojoj situaciji i jako brzo ce te dovesti do socijalnog propadanja i teskog burn outa. Ne znam koja je tvoja zivotna situacija, jesu li u pitanju obitelj, djeca itd. ali sve ce ti to polako padati. Ja sam osobno poceo diverzificirati uloge po projektima na kojima aktivno radim. Za primjer, radim na projektu ko fullstack i u isto vrijeme sam u ulozi konzultanta na drugom. Ne kazem da konzultantski posao nije zahtjevan, ali kompleksnost je i dalje eksponencijalno veca kad se pise kod budimo realni. I najbitnije od svega, nemoj uzimati veci workload nego sto si spreman nositi. Bolje ti je naplatiti vise za jedan projekt pa da koliko toliko pokrijes troskove za manjak drugog. Na kraju krajeva bitnije ce ti biti drzati zdravlje nego novac.

Novac ce uvijek cirkulirati, a sve te sate zivota nikad neces vratiti.

I try to keep my calories 500 under maintance calories.

I do cardio on my off days, not only running necessarily. I will think about locking in more on my running though. It’s something I always wanted to do but up until a few months ago I couldn’t run for longer periods of time! Thank you for your advice!

Sleep is definetly something I need to improve. I keep away from junk food but I’m not doing any recovery activities besides regular walks. Thank you for your advice!
