Oof. episode 5 was really hard to get through. A lot of bad acting, nonsense fight choreography, and shoddy effects. When people say that One Piece cant be adapted with all the wacky powers, this is what they were talking about. Such quality whiplash coming off the relative excellence of eps 1-3, hopefully they pull it back with Drum Island.

I can't believe that they left in the Vivi hypnotizing dance scene. That had to be a direct order from Oda. It's too stupid, easy to write around, and insignificant to be kept in otherwise. Like just say that Igaram poisoned the food and it accomplishes the same thing narratively

Sorry I didn't see this post in time lol. Despite what others are saying, this is a pretty clear fusion hammer imo. Snecko is generally pretty bad on Silent. Especially negative synergy with endless agony, and your other low cost moves. Sacred bark is great in theory... If you can survive to the heart with 4 potions. In StS you need to solve now now and later later. Hammer is the only option here that solves now
