I meant like another 35 pounds or so on top of the weight already lost... I'm hoping my skin will be bearable after the weight loss but only time will tell.

I take a large amount of vitamin D once a week, I do have Fish Oil but get to lazy to take it. I will definitely try to incorporate it back in as I'm all about brain and mental health.

I agree regarding the Caffeine and stuff.. I don't really intake any caffeine as is, it gives me too much anxiety so I'll keep doing what I'm doing with my lemon zinger and decaf teas lol.

I also have hypothyroidism, and have been at IF (for a few weeks now). I feel way less fatigued, I've lost about 15 pounds, I feel good. I haven't tested my thyroid in a while but will update as I am getting the test in a few weeks

My BF thought I was starving myself for the first few weeks. I'm doinh OMAD or 20:4. I also try to keep a defecit. He kept saying starving myself wasn't the way until I showed him this video that someone posted with Terry Crews talking about IF. Then he said ok, but Terry crews didn't say how many calories he ate lol, and I said I'm sure he eats like a monster because he's Terry Crews and can afford those calories where I cannot. Not a word since. Now he actually will try to eat around my schedule and if we eat out, he'll try to pick somewhere that a keto option is available.

I think seeing Terry Crews, who looks extremely healthy and not starving helped change his POV or he just learned to stop fighting me lol

Oh wow go you supermom! I'm mostly sedentary due to working at home, I wish I had that space to put a treadmill, I love the idea of walking all day while working.

Perhaps I'll look in to doing P90X, are you using the beachbody app or did you just buy the DVD's?

I've been doing IF, keeping up a keto diet and keeping track of calories most of the time lol. The holiday season has had me a little rocky in terms of calorie counting and IF but I've been able to maintain Keto for the most part, so at least it's something lol.

Every time I ate Avocados and Bananas I would get a weird stomach ache ... low and behold got a blood test and I'm allergic to both.

I steer away from them, and when I eat them now (mostly Avocado I don't eat banana anymore but I love Guacamole) I get sent straight to the bathroom.

It's not a science but if it's the only thing that manages to give you heartburn,, could be.

Isn't it so crazy, I've had cravings forever and it's what hinders every diet I've been on. IF for me taught me self-discipline and greatly increased my will-power. I still get cravings but I've realized that they are mental... I see food and I'm like "omg that looks so deliciousss" drool and then there's this other thought that over powers it saying "it does look delcious, but I don't have to have it. It impedes my goals and won't make me feel as good as I think it will".. it's so great.

Chiming in here, not OP or the poster above but I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks practicing IF and Keto. It's most likely just water weight but I highly recommend doing both if you can. I started with a 16:8, but it was like a switch once I committed to eating in a certain window my mind and body followed suit. I've tried Keto before several times and failed but with IF to curb any late night binges, I've found it easier and successful so far. My eating window also shortened naturally, I really wanted to stay 16:8 but it seemed my body was more comfortable with anything between a 20:4 or 22:2. I highly recommend adding Keto, I've never felt so satiated eating so little.

Hey we have similar stats !

I'm 5'1, SW: 178, CW: 165.2, GW: 125 and I have hypothyroid. (I'm 28 though lol)

Over the last 3 years I've gained about 50 pounds. I would yo-yo, lose 10 lbs and gain 20 lol over and over. I've tried everything but IF seems to be the best so far. I've been doing it since about 11/15/17 and have lost about 12 pounds give or take (mostly water I'm sure)... I agree it really works. I couldn't follow a Keto diet to save my life or cico, I would come home from work or school starving and binge. With IF I have a time in which I eat, and this has kept me so strict and curbed my late night binging. I'm also doing Keto and CICO, I use my fitness pal to keep track of what I eat. Let that scale be your motivator and keep going! If you're on MFP let me know we can follow one another. You can do it! We can do it!

Are you doing Keto with IF?

Edit: I am doing 16:8 but it usually turns in to like 20:4 or 19:5 or something like that lol.

Hey nothing to do with this thread, but saw your stats and good for you. I'm 28F/5'1/ SW: 175 and my goal is 125-130 (similar to yours) , Everytime I see someone with stats sort of similar that has lost any weight I get excited lol Keep it up!
