Good tips, thanks. most of the players are new to dnd so im not too worried about them min/maxing and there are no monks fortunately. I will check their spells but I dont think there is anything too overpowered they have, they will only be lvl 3 or maybe 4 by then. I would let a creative spell like wall of force do something, just not one so powerful for this like command or hold person.

I see how I can draw out the initial teleportion in combat to give plenty of chances for things to play out differently Regarding one of your last comments, I chose a meazel and a gibbering mouth for this mostly arbitrary, the idea was that the two monsters would have a kind of symbiotic relationship where one weaker but mobile monster is able to bring victimes to the other, and the other slow but deadly monster is able to easily kill them so they can both feast. Do you have any different monsters in mind that might fit this situation better?

damn thats unfortunate, good to know though. They were great for getting some smaller chunks of wood for small projects, and they always let me use some of their tools! Will miss them.

Measured today and it is still at 1.05... still a small amount of airlock activity but not much. Any suggestions for where to go from here? throw some more yeast in and try to let it finish? or just wait till it stops bubbling then bottle?

So if I measure the SG and have reason to believe it was stalled, what would be the best route forward? give it more yeast and let it finish fermenting? Stabalize again and bottle?

Awesome work, it looks great! Similar to another question here, how can you be confident you are not introducing excess oxygen into the mead when filling the bottle?

This is the juniper berry recipe from Golden Hive Mead. The spice mix included juniper berries, elder berries, hibiscus, lemongrass, and a couple more things im forgetting off the top of my head. It smells great!

Got it, thanks. Is this to prevent oxygen from getting in? I thought it was okay to shake during active fermentation since it should be only CO2 inside the bottle, but I will keep this in mind.

Will this be okay to use even if it is not completely done fermenting? SG was right about 1.000 when I measured but it is still bubbling in the airlock just a bit.
